Samarpitt Realty is a Bhopal-based company that develops plotted colonies in and around Bhopal and Vidisha. We buy the land, get the layout approved by the Town and Country Planning department, build the roads, drainage, water and electricity, and sell clear-title residential and commercial plots with registry in the buyer's name.
Our first project: Nirvana Estates
Nirvana Estates is a 14.14-acre layout at Dabar village on NH-146, the Vidisha–Sagar highway, about 15 km from Vidisha. The layout by Ar. Ajeet Lalwani has 318 plots: 302 residential plots of 850 to 1,800 sq ft and 16 commercial plots, eight of them on the highway front, with 25 ft and 30 ft roads, seven parks, a temple and a water tank. Prices and bookings open after MP RERA registration. Until then you can register your interest at nirvana.samarpitt.com.
How we work
- Approved layouts only: every plot we sell is in a TCP-approved layout, and every project is registered with MP RERA before a single booking.
- Clear title: one owner, one registry, no disputes. The land papers are shown to the buyer before booking.
- Honest sizes: the plot size on paper is the plot size on the ground; corner and park-facing plots are marked on the layout.
- Local team: our office is in Bhopal and the site is an hour's drive; site visits are arranged on request.
