What we collect
When you register, enquire about a plot or book a site visit we collect your name, phone number, email address and, if you give it, your city and the plot type you are interested in. If you sign in with Google we receive your name, email and profile picture from Google. The website records the pages you visit and the source of your visit (for example a Google or Facebook advertisement) using cookies and similar tools.
How we use it
To answer your enquiry, arrange site visits, send you updates about the project you asked about, keep our records of who enquired about which plot, and improve the website. We may send you SMS, WhatsApp or email messages about your enquiry; you can ask us to stop at any time.
Sharing
We do not sell your data. We share it only with the people and services needed to serve you: our sales team, our SMS, email and hosting providers, and Google (sign-in, maps, analytics) under their own privacy terms. We disclose data when the law requires it.
Storage and security
Data is stored on servers in India and protected by access controls and encryption in transit. We keep enquiry data for as long as the project is on sale and for the period the law requires afterwards.
Your rights
You can ask us to show, correct or delete the data we hold about you, or to stop messages, by writing to samarpitt.com@gmail.com or calling +91 77738 89271. Account deletion is also available inside the app.

We will post any change to this policy on this page with a new date.
